Quick Quaker Pancakes

Struggling to find a quick and healthy breakfast option? What if I told you that you could have guilt free pancakes? Try this 3 ingredient, 5 minute recipe that costs you only about 240 calories. And if you want to indulge a little, throw in some dark chocolate chips.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 package of Quaker Oats
  • 1 tablespoon of water.
  • 1 egg
  • 1. Take one package of Quaker Oats (flavor of your choice, I prefer Steal Cut Blueberries and Cranberries or Weight Control- Banana Bread)

    2. Mix in one egg and a tablespoon of water

    4. Spray pan with Pam

    5. Pour mixture onto preheated pan

    6. Cook for 2 minutes or until brown and flip to cook all the way through

    Enjoy! This is also an easy clean up meal so you won’t have to stress the mess that real pancakes often create!
